Payment Timing

Delivery Timing
Production and delivery will be carried out according to the schedule agreed upon by both parties after the contract.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of digital content and production services, returns after delivery cannot be accepted. In the event of cancellation after production has started, the customer will be charged for the work performed up to that point.
